With only four basic ingredients, she crafted a delightful and health-conscious substitute that preserves both flavour and nutritional value. This inventive adaptation of the classic Bounty Chocolate provides a sweet treat that seamlessly aligns with a well-rounded diet, allowing you to gratify your sweet cravings guilt-free.

*1 cup desiccated coconut
*1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
*1 tbsp honey/ maple syrup (I’ve used sugar-free maple syrup)
For melted chocolate:
*70 g dark chocolate
*1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1. First, mix the desiccated coconut, Greek yoghurt and honey/maple syrup together. Then, press them into a silicon mould.
2. Freeze the mixture for 2 hours.
3. Now, melt the dark chocolate, add the coconut oil and then quickly dip the frozen coconut rectangles, (you can make squares or balls too) and coat them completely.
4. Freeze for another 20 mins until the chocolate sets.
