Meghan Markle was seen wearing a striking red dress from the label Self Portrait. The Duchess donned the $628 dress to match it with the colour of the Tongan flag and pay her respect to Tonga and its people. She carried a Christian Dior Clutch and wore a gorgeous pair of Manolo Blahnik BB pumps to accompany the dress.
