In the past few years, Bollywood stars have used social media to encourage people to follow a healthy lifestyle. Actresses, in particular, are urging people to focus more on fitness instead of craving for the size zero body. However, Yami Gautam revealed that she’s following this mantra of fitness for quite a while now.
During an interview, Yami revealed that she foolishly cut down on carbs and other essentials for her body in her bid to pursuit the perfect figure. She revealed that an intense workout schedule and work commitments barely left her anytime to rest which caused severe problems. However, she now seems to be done chasing a body that society considers to be ideal and has adopted a more calming way to make herself stay healthy and fit. The actress revealed her workout routine lasts for 45 minutes and is a combination of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, along with Surya namaskars.
