It seems to be raining celebrity baby updates with Priyanka Chopra Jonas welcoming her baby home and Sonam Kapoor expecting her first child. And now, it looks like Ranveer Singh has parenthood on his mind. Ranveer and Deepika Padukone are undeniably one of the hottest couples of B-town and are often spotted sharing cute moments together. After being married for four years, are they finally planning to have a child? That’s up for speculation but Ranveer has revealed that he has been discussing baby names with Deepika.

Ranveer Singh has opened up about talking baby names with Deepika and turns out, he already has a list. In a recent interview with a leading portal, the Gullyboy actor was asked what he would name his daughter if he had one. To this, he replied saying, “I’m fascinated by unique names, every name phonetically has a different quality. Some are powerful names, some are cute names, and some are short names.”

“I’m very secretive about it because I don’t want people to steal them. I don’t want them to get common. I do have a list but I’m playing that card very close to me. But, I’m discussing them with Deepika,” he added. Well, we don’t know if the couple is planning to have a baby anytime soon but we do know that the day they announce it, the internet will have a major meltdown.

Ranveer Singh is currently promoting his upcoming film Jayeshbhai Jordaar. The social comedy that comments on gender discrimination and female foeticide will see him play the titular character while actress Shalini Pandey plays his wife. The film which also casts Boman Irani and Ratna Patak Shah is all set to arrive in cinemas on May 20 this year.
